Yvonne Jackson is the founder of SocialEDG, a strategic advisory firm that helps VPs and senior leaders navigate misalignment when it’s unclear whether business challenges are related to people, systems, or operational breakdowns.

With over 15 years of experience supporting organizations through change management and rapid technological shifts, she brings a human-first perspective shaped by her work at Apple, Whirlpool, and healthcare technology organizations, as well as an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Alongside her client work, Yvonne writes on ethical digital engagement and has developed frameworks focused on power, identity, and accountability in the era of AI.

Off the clock, she’s mom to a bold 5-year-old and is a self-proclaimed DIYer who believes touching grass counts as strategic self-care.
