The 2014 Network for Action Leadership Institute: Video 4 - Transformational Leadership.

As I previously posted - here, here and here - Dr. Bob Sege and I had the opportunity to lead a transformational leadership training based on the Science of the Positive framework as part of the 2014 Network for Action Leadership Institute in New Orleans. One of the outcomes of this training is the Science of the Positive Video series which you can learn more about here. As part of these previous posts, I also shared the first three videos in the series with you, and today I would like to share the fourth and final video, which is titled "Transformational Leadership."
