Ahhhh!

According to a story in the Mail Online, a recent study out of Lund University in Sweden has found that breathing in candle smoke "causes positive changes in cardiac rhythm." Dr. Christina Isaxon, the researcher behind the study, used candles made from pure Stearine, a natural fat. Such candles are popular in Scandinavia, and Dr. Isaxon believes that these positive changes are related to the sodium and potassium, which along with soot, is what candle smoke is comprised of. All of which I would suggest argues for more candlelit dinners, ideally in Scandinavia. But what do you think? And besides trips to Scandinavia, what do you find creates positive changes in your life? I look forward to your thoughts and I hope you will share them in the Comments section below.
