On A Path To The Positive.

I recently came across a piece in Science Codex titled "Childhood mentors have positive impact on career success." The article looked at a study from North Carolina State University which found that a relationship between young people and mentors "provides a clear benefit well into their working lives." This benefit can be articulated in terms of "intrinsic job rewards," such as "authority and autonomy, which make work more personally fulfilling." I'm curious what you think about this study, but I would also like to hear from you about your experiences as both a mentor and mentee and the positive impact they have had on your lives and those you were involved with. Please share your thoughts in the Comments section below. Thanks.
