Being Purposeful. And Living Longer.


I just read a piece in the Huffington Post titled "New Discovery: Having a Life Purpose Keeps You 'Stayin' Alive!'" The article quotes a report from the Association for Psychological Science, which "found that people who have a sense of purpose live longer." The article goes on to discuss ways we can create a sense of purpose in our lives, including "Back Off and Tune Inward,"Stretch Yourself," and "Pursue It With Love." This finding has an obvious connection to the Science of the Positive Core Principal Four - Being Purposeful, and I am wondering what you think about these ways for creating purpose in your life, as well as, the ways you create purpose in your life.
