I recently read an article in Science World Report titled "Healthy Marriage Hinges on Good Health and Positive Attitude." The piece reported on a study from the University of Chicago which found that the crucial factors to preserving a healthy marriage were a husband's good health and the ability to maintain high levels of positivity, which was defined as "a "person's overall desire to be seen in a positive light." The article went on to say that "positive thinking is something everyone can practice and maintain." I would like to hear your thoughts on this research, as well as, how you practice and maintain positive thinking in your life in the Comments section below. Thanks.
